Abstract

The article presents changes in phosphorus indicators in patients with chronic heart failure and advanced kidney dysfunction. Also, on the basis of standard treatment, the combined use of sodium glucose type 2 inhibitor empagliflozin and vitamin D has been found to have a positive effect on electrolyte balance and kidney dysfunction.
