As a result of the widespread use of digital communication tools and the increase in the volume of online teaching, teachers’ ethical, professional and technical competencies are becoming important. This article analyzes the pedagogical concept of virtual communication, the theoretical foundations and practical mechanisms of the deontological approach. The article focuses on the following issues: the ethics and norms of virtual communication; the professional duties and responsibility of teachers; methods of integrating deontological principles into the educational and upbringing process in higher education; the development of trainings and educational modules; assessment and monitoring systems. Literature analysis, questionnaires and focus groups, expert evaluations and the results of pilot projects were used as research methods. The results show that educational modules and practical classes developed on the basis of the deontological approach significantly improve the virtual communication culture, empathy and professional boundaries of future teachers at the bachelor’s and master’s levels. The article presents proposals for pedagogical procedures: introducing a deontological component into curricula, implementing real-situation simulations, creating online platforms for continuous professional development, and standardizing assessment criteria.
Sulaymanbekov Oybek Dusbekovich Copyright (c) 2026 Sulaymanbekov Oybek Dusbekovich https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://orientalpublication.com/index.php/iscrc/article/view/2316 Thu, 25 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 THE ROLE OF EDUCATION IN SHAPING THE SPIRITUAL IMAGE OF THE DIGITAL GENERATION https://orientalpublication.com/index.php/iscrc/article/view/2299
This article examines the role of education in shaping the spiritual image of the digital generation under the conditions of rapid technologization, algorithmic communication, social-network socialization, artificial intelligence, and the transformation of value orientations. The central idea of the article is that the spiritual image of the digital generation cannot be formed only through technical digital literacy or the mechanical transmission of moral norms; rather, it requires a complex educational environment in which national values, universal humanistic principles, media and information literacy, critical reflection, civic responsibility, cultural memory, and ethical self-regulation are integrated into one pedagogical system. The article argues that education becomes the principal social institution capable of transforming digital experience from a fragmented flow of information into a meaningful field of moral judgment, responsible communication, and creative self-realization.
Sariboyeva Shaxnoza Xasanboyevna Copyright (c) 2026 Sariboyeva Shaxnoza Xasanboyevna https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://orientalpublication.com/index.php/iscrc/article/view/2299 Mon, 15 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Neurological Deficit and Cerebral Hemodynamic Characteristics in Patients with Carotid Territory Ischemic Stroke According to the Presence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus https://orientalpublication.com/index.php/iscrc/article/view/2325
Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is one of the most important metabolic risk factors associated with ischemic stroke. Chronic hyperglycemia contributes to endothelial dysfunction, vascular stiffness, microvascular injury, and impaired cerebral autoregulation. These mechanisms may worsen cerebral perfusion and increase the severity of neurological deficit during acute ischemic stroke. Recent evidence also indicates that diabetes mellitus may be associated with impaired cerebral autoregulation in ischemic stroke patients.

Objective: To evaluate the association between type 2 diabetes mellitus, neurological status, cerebral blood flow parameters, and vascular reactivity in patients with first-ever carotid territory ischemic stroke.

Methods: This prospective observational study included patients admitted with first-ever acute carotid territory ischemic stroke. Patients were divided according to the presence or absence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Neurological severity was assessed using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, the modified Rankin Scale, and the Rivermead Mobility Index. Cerebral hemodynamics were evaluated by duplex ultrasonography of the brachiocephalic arteries with functional compression testing. The analysis focused on neurological deficit, cerebral blood flow velocity, vascular reactivity, arterial elasticity, and recovery after compression.

Results: Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus demonstrated more pronounced neurological impairment and poorer functional mobility compared with non-diabetic patients. Diabetic patients also showed signs of impaired cerebral hemodynamics, including reduced vascular reactivity, delayed recovery after compression, increased peripheral vascular resistance, and reduced arterial elasticity. These findings suggest that diabetes-related vascular injury may limit cerebrovascular reserve during acute ischemic stroke.

Conclusion: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is associated with more severe neurological deficit and impaired cerebral hemodynamic regulation in patients with carotid territory ischemic stroke. Assessment of cerebral blood flow and vascular reactivity in diabetic patients may improve early prognostic evaluation and support individualized secondary prevention strategies.
N.A. The play presents the tragic relationship between King Lear and his daughters, showing how pride, misunderstanding, and poor judgment can destroy family relationships [1, 2]. Using qualitative literary analysis, the study examines the psychological development of the main characters and the conflicts that shape the tragedy. The findings suggest that Lear’s downfall is caused not only by the betrayal of Goneril and Regan but also by his own mistakes as a father [3, 4]. His vanity, emotional blindness, and inability to recognize genuine love contribute to the tragic outcome. The analysis also shows that psychological conflict drives the characters’ actions, leading to suffering, self-discovery, madness, and ultimately death [2, 3]. Shakespeare highlights the importance of both parental responsibility and children’s loyalty in maintaining healthy family relationships [5].
Mamamdaliyeva Dildora Copyright (c) 2026 Mamamdaliyeva Dildora https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://orientalpublication.com/index.php/iscrc/article/view/2304 Mon, 15 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 REFORMS IN SANITARY AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SAFETY IN 1991-1997 (ON THE EXAMPLE OF JIZAKH REGION) https://orientalpublication.com/index.php/iscrc/article/view/2332
This article analyzes the main directions of state policy in the first years of independence (1991-1997), the content of reforms in the field of sanitary and epidemiological safety and their social significance, the work carried out, and the activities of personnel working in the system in these processes in the Jizzakh region, Jizzakh city, and districts.
Umirova (Bobobekova) Nargiza Ismatullayevna Copyright (c) 2026 Umirova (Bobobekova) Nargiza Ismatullayevna https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://orientalpublication.com/index.php/iscrc/article/view/2332 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES FOR THE SEMANTIZATION OF MEDICAL TERMS RECOMMENDED FOR THE UZBEK EXPLANATORY DICTIONARY AND SPECIALIZED DICTIONARIES https://orientalpublication.com/index.php/iscrc/article/view/2320
This article analyzes the role and importance of illustrative examples in the semantization of medical terms recommended for the explanatory dictionary of the Uzbek language and specialized dictionaries .
