Significant progress in the treatment of glaucoma over the past decade in the field of neuro-ophthalmology, however, glaucoma lesions with steady growth, still ranks second among the causes of blindness and low vision, second only to cataracts [1]. According to a statement by the World Health Organization, in 2017 the number of patients with glaucoma lesions of the optic nerve ranged from 60.5 to 105 million people. According to statistics, the number of patients with glaucoma lesions is most likely to double by 2030 [2].
