The article discusses the issues of improving the organizational and legal framework of cooperation between the prosecutor’s office and other regulatory agencies on the implementation of legislation in the field of water and water use. The article describes the specifics of the prosecutor's control, the positive aspects of cooperation, its forms, as well as the goals of cooperation of the prosecutor's office with public organizations, its current trends, problems in our national legislation and their solutions.
