PROTECTION OF THE RIGHT OF HUMAN ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE LIVING
Abstract
The article analyzes the norms and processes of protection of human rights
on the basis of analysis of the current legislation in the field of human and civil rights,
the methods of protection of the right through the court and by filing a complaint to a
high-ranking body (official) over the body that caused the violation of this right
