Although forensic examination of living individuals is relatively rare in practice, incomplete asphyxiarelated cases present a specific complication for a number of reasons. [1, 3, 4]. Therefore, it should be
noted that the post-psychiatric situation is not adequately covered in the specialized literature on the
subject. [2,5].
