The article aims at further reforming and upgrading the financial and banking
system of the republic, ensuring the stability of the banking and financial system based on
international experience, increasing the liquidity and financial stability of banks in accordance
with international standards, enhancing the investment activity of commercial banks
investment projects, further expansion of credit institutions' participation in financing,
development of modern financial institutions, and development of regulator framework of
financial and banking activities in accordance with modern requirements and international
norms improvement of the legal framework.
