New Paradigms Of Pedagogical Deontology In The Modern Educational Environment
Keywords:
Pedagogical deontology, professional ethics, teacher responsibility, educational paradigmsAbstract
This thesis examines emerging paradigms of pedagogical deontology in the context of contemporary educational transformation. Particular attention is given to the changing ethical responsibilities of teachers under conditions of digitalization, inclusive education, artificial intelligence integration, and increasing cultural diversity. The research employs theoretical analysis, comparative interpretation, and systematic synthesis of scholarly perspectives concerning professional ethics, moral responsibility, and educational relationships. The findings identify a transition from traditional duty-centered approaches toward humanistic, learner-centered, digitally responsible, and reflective models of pedagogical conduct. The study emphasizes the integration of professional obligations, ethical decision-making, respect for human dignity, and technological accountability. A conceptual framework for strengthening deontological competence in modern teacher education is proposed.
