DESIGN UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
Abstract
In the context of educational innovation, design initiatives require strong leadership from the school principal. This article explores how principals can guide and coordinate design projects to improve student learning, foster collaborative teacher practices, and enhance the school environment. Effective leadership ensures cohesive planning, execution, and evaluation of design initiatives.
