This article examines the content and essence of the normative legal documents regulating the relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan, as well as the key areas reflected in them. The main focus is on analyzing the foreign policy activities of Pakistan and Afghanistan, the existing challenges in their bilateral relations, and the prospects for development in the context of national interests of both states.
