THE ROLE OF NATIONAL DISHES AND CULINARY TRADITIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF GASTRONOMIC TOURISM
Abstract
This article highlights the role of national dishes and cooking traditions in the development of gastronomic tourism, and reflects the state of gastronomic tourism in Jizzakh, Samarkand, Navoi regions.
