PSYCHOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF DEVELOPING SELF-CONFIDENCE
Abstract
This article presents the psychological foundations of developing self-confidence through the analysis of one’s experiences, results, and emotions, identifying one’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as recognizing individual abilities.
