Abstract

Coping behavior, the dynamic process through which individuals manage stressors, is of paramount importance in the educational context, particularly among students who often face various academic and personal challenges. This article delves into the intricate interplay of social and psychological factors contributing to the formation of coping behavior in students. Drawing upon empirical research and theoretical frameworks, the article examines how social support, self-efficacy, resilience, and coping strategies interact to shape students' adaptive responses to stressors. Understanding these mechanisms is crucial for educators and mental health professionals to develop targeted interventions that promote students' well-being and academic success.
