Abstract

The application of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in service organizations is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency, measuring performance, and ensuring continuous improvement. This thesis explores the adoption and implementation of KPIs in the context of service organizations in Uzbekistan. By examining the current landscape, challenges, and benefits of using KPIs in the service sector of Uzbekistan, this research aims to shed light on the significance of KPIs in optimizing service quality and customer satisfaction within the country.
