PEDAGOGICAL STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETITION IN YOUNG PEOPLE OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

In vocational education, students are encouraged to incorporate game elements into their lessons to make the learning process more interesting and competitive. This can be done through quizzes, debates, mock competitions, or skill-based competitions. These activities not only promote healthy competition, but also help students develop important skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork and communication. Teachers should encourage students to compete with integrity and respect for their peers. This can include setting clear rules and expectations, encouraging collaboration and cooperation as well as competition.
