REQUIREMENTS FOR PROFESSORS AND TEACHERS IN FORMING DIGITAL EDUCATION SKILLS OF STUDENTS IN THE PRIMARY EDUCATION DIRECTION
Abstract
The integration of digital technologies in education has significantly transformed the teaching and learning process, especially in primary education. This article explores the essential requirements for professors and teachers to effectively form digital education skills in students pursuing primary education. Key areas discussed include digital literacy, innovative pedagogical practices, and adaptive teaching methods. The study also highlights the importance of continuous professional development (CPD) and the application of emerging technologies like AI, VR, and gamification in enhancing digital learning. By addressing these requirements, educators can ensure students acquire the necessary competencies to thrive in a technology-driven educational environment.
